I have
encountered these people. I would imagine that their arrogance offended
the bureaucrat at the State Department, and in his judment their
contribution to the country was outweighed by their negative energy.
I meet immigrants daily and find it peculiar that those who follow
all the rules, do not overlook deadlines, respect the laws seem to do
just fine for very long periods of time.
With few exceptions, the ignorant and arrogant will lose the priviledge granted under this visa program sooner or later.
Ship them out if the cannot follow the rules, any respectable country would.
