PHOENIX — Monday's U.S. Supreme Court decision upholding voter ID
requirements in Indiana doesn't necessarily erase the legal questions
about a similar Arizona law.
Nina Perales, regional council for the Mexican American Legal
Defense and Educational Fund, said there are key differences between
the Arizona law and Indiana's. She said the Arizona suit also contends
the state law unfairly affects minority voters, something missing from

About 5:30 a.m. Sunday, the pickup carrying as many as 60 people
crashed and rolled near Arizona City, about 55 miles northwest of
Tucson.
Four men died and 27 others were taken to area hospitals,
including some to University Medical Center and Tucson Medical Center,
